It Isn't Easy Being Green Smoothie

Green. What come's to mind when you think of that colour?

How about a smoothie

A green smoothie is a delicious, nutritious and filling way to have breakfast on the go, an after-workout power drink, or a snack to hold you between meals. You can jam-pack it with a wide variety of greens that are relatively tasteless when blended and offer a huge benefit in terms of getting their vitamins and nutritional boosts (See for yourself here)...You just have to look past the green colour of the smoothie. If you can't get past it, maybe consider putting the smoothie in a coffee tumbler or a tinted glass of some kind so that you can't see the colour when you're drinking it!

TADA! A yummy smoothie. Feel free to make it your own! Add different natural sweeteners, fruit, greens and maybe some protein powder, ground flax or bran to bulk it up!
